A deliciously fluffy, easy pumpkin spice waffles recipe for a Belgian waffle maker—or use the batter to make pancakes! How to make pumpkin waffles with real pumpkin puree and fall spices, ready in just 15 minutes.
Add dry mixture into wet mixture, mixing well to combine.
Preheat waffle iron. Once heated, spray well with cooking spray.
Scoop batter into heated waffle iron. (My 7-inch round Belgian waffle maker requires 1 cup batter.)
Close and cook according to your waffle maker’s specifications. (Mine takes about 4 minutes.)
Option: Pour batter onto a heated griddle or fry pan to make pancakes!
Serve warm with desired toppings and enjoy!
Yields 2 cups of batter or 2 waffles, depending on size of waffle maker. (Some smaller waffle makers only use ½ cup of batter, which would yield 4 waffles.)
