Ingredients

Vegan Edible Cookie Dough Base

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • tsp salt
  • Tbsp coconut oil melted (or butter)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk

Cookies & Cream Mix-Ins

  • cup Oreos crushed
  • 2 tsp coconut oil melted

Instructions

  • Prepare vegan edible cookie dough base.
  • Toss crushed Oreos in melted coconut oil, then fold into base dough.
  • Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. (If you can wait!)
  • Roll into balls or eat with a spoon!
