Ingredients

Chocolate Cherry Overnight Oats with Granola

  • ½ cup plain unsweetened Greek or coconut yogurt
  • cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • cup granola of choice
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 10 fresh cherries chopped (+ additional for topping)

Optional Toppings

  • 2 Tbsp slivered almonds for topping
  • 4 additional cherries chopped
  • 2 Tbsp additional granola

Instructions

  • Add plain yogurt of choice to a large mixing bowl, sweetening to taste if desired. Add milk of choice, granola, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt and mix well to combine.
  • Stir in chopped cherries and distribute mixture into 2 jars.
  • Refrigerate overnight, or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • When ready to eat, stir chocolate cherry overnight oats mixture and top with slivered almonds, additional cherries, and a bit of extra granola. Serve and enjoy!
  • Yields 2 servings overnight oats.
