Ingredients

  • cup chai tea brewed & cooled (or milk of choice)
  • ½ banana sliced & frozen
  • cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp maple syrup to taste (or honey)
  • tsp cinnamon
  • tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • small pinch of salt

Instructions

  • If needed, freeze sliced banana and brew chai tea ahead of time.
  • To make smoothie, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with a straw and enjoy!
  • Yields 8oz pumpkin chai smoothie.
