  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • pinch of salt optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt, if using.
  • Add 2 tablespoons hot water and whisk until smooth.
  • Add more hot water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until the glaze reaches your desired consistency.
