This easy chocolate glaze is made with powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and hot water for a quick, smooth topping that’s perfect for cookies, cakes, brownies, and more.

1 cup powdered sugar 2 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder 3 tbsp hot water pinch of salt optional
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt, if using.
Add 2 tablespoons hot water and whisk until smooth.
Add more hot water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until the glaze reaches your desired consistency.
