Ingredients

Dragon Fruit Salad

  • 1 cup watermelon balls
  • 1 cup cantaloupe balls
  • 1 cup dragon fruit balls
  • ½ cup kiwi, cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 lime, juice & zest
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Scoop desired fruits into balls, or chop into cubes.
  • Add all fruit to a large bowl or serving dish. Toss together with fresh mint, lime juice and zest, and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix well to integrate, serve, and enjoy!
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Yields ~5 cups fruit salad.
