Dragon Fruit Salad
1cupdragon fruit balls
½ cupkiwi, cubed
2Tbspfresh mint, chopped
1lime, juice & zest
salt, to taste
Scoop desired fruits into balls, or chop into cubes.
Add all fruit to a large bowl or serving dish. Toss together with fresh mint, lime juice and zest, and a pinch of salt.
Mix well to integrate, serve, and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
