The ultimate salty-sweet combo of peanut-buttery hummus with a swirl of your favorite jam.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (15-oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup peanuts roasted (& unsalted, if desired)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice to taste
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp water or milk of choice

For Serving & Topping

  • ¼ cup jelly or jam of choice
  • chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Combine all hummus ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
  • When ready to serve, add hummus to a bowl and swirl together with jelly/jam.
  • Top with chopped peanuts, serve, and enjoy!
  • Yields ~2½ cups
