- 1 can white beans (15-oz), drained & rinsed
- 1 can chickpeas (15-oz), drained & rinsed
- ¾ cup canned fire roasted tomatoes drained
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- pinch of red pepper flakes
Toppings:
- red pepper flakes
- parmesan
- fresh basil
Combine all hummus ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
Add desired toppings, serve, and enjoy!
