Ingredients

  • 1 can white beans (15-oz), drained & rinsed
  • 1 can chickpeas (15-oz), drained & rinsed
  • ¾ cup canned fire roasted tomatoes drained
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pinch of red pepper flakes

Toppings:

  • red pepper flakes
  • parmesan
  • fresh basil

Instructions

  • Combine all hummus ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add desired toppings, serve, and enjoy!
  • Yields 3 cups
