  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder


  • Add butter to a mug and microwave until melted.
  • Whisk in egg, coconut flour and baking powder.
  • Microwave 90 seconds. Allow to cool before slicing into two rounds.
  • Assemble breakfast sandwich as desired! (See recipe below)
