Ingredients

  • 1 can white beans drained & rinsed
  • ¼ cup mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If desired, season to taste with salt & pepper.
  • Serve as dip with your favorite veggies, chips, or use as a spread!
  • Yields 2 cups dip
