Ingredients

Green Smoothie Base:

  • ¼ cup basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp orange juice
  • tsp orange zest to taste
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour to thicken (if needed)

Immunity Smoothie Topper:

  • ½ banana frozen
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 baby carrots chopped
  • ½ cup roasted sweet potato or pumpkin

Instructions

  • Add all green smoothie base ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add a bit of coconut flour to thicken as desired.
  • Transfer to a glass or jar.
  • To make second layer, blend immunity smoothie topper ingredients until smooth.
  • Spoon blended second layer on top of green smoothie layer. (Going slowly prevents the two layers from merging together!)
  • Serve and enjoy!
