Sauteed Sesame Spinach, a Fried Egg, and Yogurt on Toast

  • 1 slice seeded bread
  • 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach sautéed in 1-2 tsp sesame oil with salt
  • 1 fried egg
  • red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds


  • To start, heat a bit of sesame oil in a pan and saute spinach until wilted.
  • Toast bread and fry egg as desired
  • Spread plain yogurt onto toast. Top with sauteed sesame spinach and fried egg, and finish with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and black sesame seeds.
  • Serve and enjoy!
