Sauteed Spinach Egg Toast
Sauteed Sesame Spinach, a Fried Egg, and Yogurt on Toast
- 1 slice seeded bread
- 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 cup spinach sautéed in 1-2 tsp sesame oil with salt
- 1 fried egg
- red pepper flakes to taste
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
To start, heat a bit of sesame oil in a pan and saute spinach until wilted.
Toast bread and fry egg as desired
Spread plain yogurt onto toast. Top with sauteed sesame spinach and fried egg, and finish with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and black sesame seeds.
Serve and enjoy!
