Ingredients

Crisp Autumn Salad

  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 green apple chopped
  • 1 pear chopped
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup pecans chopped
  • cup dried cranberries

Lime Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 4 Tbsp Dijon
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

To make Autumn Salad:

  • In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
  • Toss well to combine.
  • Prepare dressing to add at time of serving.

To make salad dressing:

  • Add all ingredients to a measuring cup and whisk well to integrate.
  • Drizzle onto salad directly, or transfer to a jar to serve or store.
