Vegan Keto Protein Smoothie Bowl

Green Smoothie Bowl:
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk to achieve desired consistency
- 1 Tbsp macadamia nut butter
- 2 tsp spirulina powder
- 5.3 oz ~⅔ cup Kite Hill unsweetened plain almond milk yogurt
- sweetener to taste
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a blender and blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste, adjusting thickness to preference.
Pour into a bowl, add toppings, serve, and enjoy!
For meal prep:
Add spinach, avocado, nut butter, and spirulina to a freezer-safe jar or bag and freeze.
When ready to eat, thaw slightly before adding to blender with yogurt and milk.
Blend, serve in a bowl with toppings, and enjoy!
