Green Smoothie Bowl:

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk to achieve desired consistency
  • 1 Tbsp macadamia nut butter
  • 2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 5.3 oz ~⅔ cup Kite Hill unsweetened plain almond milk yogurt
  • sweetener to taste


  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts


  • Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a blender and blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste, adjusting thickness to preference.
  • Pour into a bowl, add toppings, serve, and enjoy!

For meal prep:

  • Add spinach, avocado, nut butter, and spirulina to a freezer-safe jar or bag and freeze.
  • When ready to eat, thaw slightly before adding to blender with yogurt and milk.
  • Blend, serve in a bowl with toppings, and enjoy!
