Cinnamon Glazed Pecans Recipe
- 2 cups pecans I prefer roasted, but you can also use raw
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- ⅓ cup water
Combine coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water in a skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, and then stir in the pecans.
Coat pecans completely and stir for about 8-10 minutes, until the mixture is dry.
Spread out on parchment paper and allow to cool.
Serve and enjoy!
