Ingredients

  • Low Carb Coconut Zucchini Smoothie:1 cup frozen zucchini slice zucchini & freeze in a freezer-safe bag or container
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 1 Tbsp coconut butter
  • cup coconut milk
  • Optional Toppings: chopped zucchini
  • cacao nibs
  • whipped cream or coconut whipped cream
  • coconut shreds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
