  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or nondairy yogurt of choice
  • cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • maple syrup to taste (~1-2 Tbsp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of salt


  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Whisk to combine, or use a hand mixer to beat until well-integrated. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Serve with dippers like graham crackers, gingersnaps, apple slices, pretzels, celery—whatever you like!
  • Yields ~1¾ cups pumpkin pie dip.
