Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek or regular plain yogurt or yogurt of choice
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey to taste
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Serve with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
  • Yields 1 cup yogurt fruit dip.
