Kid Friendly 2 Ingredient Guacamole
- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ lime juiced (optional, can skip for resistant eaters)
In a large mixing bowl, add avocados, salt, and lime juice (if desired). Mash to combine.
Feel free to make this 2 ingredient guacamole your own with some chopped onion, tomatoes, cilantro, or whatever you like!
Yields ~2 cups guacamole.
