Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add peppers and onions and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Add seasonings. Cook until tender, about 2-3 more minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
