Easy Fajita Veggies Recipe
- 1-2 Tbsp oil
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp cumin
- salt & pepper
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add peppers and onions and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add seasonings. Cook until tender, about 2-3 more minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
