parsley
roughly chopped

cherry tomatoes

Kalamata olives
sliced

lemon
juiced

of salt
drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
Optional Topping:
sliced avocado
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat.
Top with sliced avocado (if desired) serve, and enjoy!
