Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime juice and zest
  • ½ cup broccoli florets diced finely
  • 2 Tbsp chives chopped
  • 2 Tbsp shallot chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mash avocado.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
  • Season to taste, serve, and enjoy!
