Use a tostada shell as a mold to cut small tortilla circles out of larger tortillas

Spread nacho cheese sauce in the middle of each large tortilla, leaving room around the edges, and then layer on meat and additional fillings.

Spread sour cream onto a tostada shell and place on top of the meat.

Add lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

Place small tortilla circle on top of cheese and begin to fold up the edges of the large tortilla.

Press down the folded edge of the tortilla and then fold it inward towards the middle, creating “pleats” all the way around.

Spray crunchwraps lightly with cooking spray, then place seam-side down on the griddle over medium-high heat (350°F).

Cook 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden-brown.
