I’ve teamed up with Premier Protein to bring you these Mexican Hot Chocolate Caramel Popsicles for Cinco De Mayo!! I hope you enjoy!

☀ MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE CARAMEL POPSICLES RECIPE ☀
INGREDIENTS
1 Premier Protein Caramel Shake
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cayenne
chocolate chips for topping (optional)

PROCEDURE
Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips in a blender or food processor until creamy and well integrated. Adjust spiciness to taste with cayenne (start with less!)
Transfer mixture to popsicle molds. Freeze.
After 1-2 hours, before fully frozen, add optional chocolate chips on the bottoms of the popsicles for additional flavor flair!
Freeze 2 more hours before removing from mold and enjoying!
