► Herbed Citrus Olives:
1 cup kalamata olives
1 cup green olives
½ cup olive oil
½ orange juice, & zest
1 lemon, juice & zest
2 Tbsp parsley
2 Tbsp cilantro
6 garlic cloves, sliced
¼ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Store in a jar and refrigerate at least 1 day before enjoying.
Flip jar every day to redistribute ingredients and infuse flavors.
Yields ~2 cups (8 servings).
