28 oz canned pumpkin puree
2/3 cup apple juice
3 tbsp coconut sugar (to taste)
2 tbsp sweetener (to taste)
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1. In a saucepan add all of your ingredients and mix well to combine. 2, Cook over medium low heat for about 25 minutes stirring frequently to keep it moving.
3. After 25 minutes remove from the heat and allow it to cool and then you can jar it up.
4. To decorate these you are simply going to flatten out your
favorite festive cupcake liners. Place the first part of the lid on top,
followed by the flattened cupcake liner and then seal it off with the second part of the lid.
