Fruity salads with Nic from Nic’s Nutrition! Healthy easy homemade bedless fruit salad recipes! Healthy salad dressing
Today I’m doing a VERY special collaboration with a friend of mine, Nic from Nic’s Nutrition! I’m so excited! We both created our own fruity salads for this #fruitysaladcollab. Check out my episode, then head over to her channel to check out her delicious salads!
1/2 cup black beans
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp olive oil
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp red onion (diced)
1/3 cup watermelon (cubed)
1/3 cup mango (cubed)
1/3 cup avocado (cubed)
Combine everything except the watermelon, mango, and avocado in a bowl.
Combine the fruit (watermelon, mango, and avocado) in a separate bowl
Lay the bean mixture out flat onto a plate or into a bowl.
Pour your fruit on top, garnish with a little basil (optional) and enjoy!
