Healthy easy homemade edible guilt free no bake dessert cookie dough balls! Tasty and nutritious without baking!

This week, Alyssia shows you how to satisfy that cookie dough craving a healthy way. These babes are raw and packed with nutrients, and they TASTE LIKE COOKIE DOUGH!



1 cup cashews
1/2 cup oats
1.5 Tbsp honey (sub agave for vegan!)
1 Tbsp peanut butter (I used my homemade!)
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp chocolate chips (I used mini dark)

In a food processor, combine oats and cashews until they reach a flour consistency.
Add in remaining ingredients except for chips. Process for a few minutes, until doughy consistency forms. It may still seem a bit crumbly, but will feel like dough when you press it.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Form and press into inch-sized balls and transfer to a plate. The chocolate may melt a bit since the dough will be warm from the processor- this is OK!
Refrigerate or enjoy immediately!

per serving (per ball): 50 calories | 4.8g carbs | 3g fat | 2g protein
