Black Bean Brownies


1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 eggs
2 Tbsp egg whites
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup stevia/Splenda (more or less to taste!)
1.5 tsp baking powder
5g mini dark chocolate chips (for topping), optional

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Combine all ingredients (except chips) in food processor.
3. Pour batter into 8in baking dish (mine may have been 9?) sprayed with cooking spray
4. Place chips on top
5. Bake 15-20 minutes (15 was perfect for mine)

This recipe yields 16 servings.
NUTRITION per serving (1 Brownie):
53 calories
6.6g carbs
2.8g fat
3g protein
