2 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
8 oz salmon filets
12-20 asparagus spears (depending on size, 2 portions), ends trimmed
Marzetti® Honey Balsamic Veggie Drizzle™ Finishing Sauce
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Combine garlic and Dijon. Set aside.
Cover a large pan with foil, creasing the middle to divide your pan into two sections. Spray it down with cooking spray.
Place your salmon filets on one half of the tray and asparagus spears on the other.
Brush garlic Dijon mixture liberally onto salmon.
Sprinkle sea salt onto asparagus.
Bake 12-15 minutes, until salmon is flaky and asparagus is roasted.
Plate and add your Marzetti® Honey Balsamic Veggie Drizzle™ Finishing Sauce to your asparagus spears.
