Mint Cacao Iced Coffee

A refreshing, high protein iced coffee recipe with a mint chocolate twist!



1 cup cold coffee or cold brew (or ½ cup cold brew concentrate + ½ cup water)

1 Tbsp mint simple syrup, to taste

1 Four Sigmatic Creamy Cacao Protein Packet

2 Tbsp cream/milk of choice

ice cubes, to serve


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve over ice and enjoy!
  • (Or, pour into popsicle molds and FREEZE for protein-packed mint chocolate popsicles!)
