A simple, cinnamony iced coffee drink you can whip up in minutes, best served over coffee ice cubes!



handful of cinnamon coffee ice cubes (or regular ice cubes)

1 cup cold coffee or cold brew (or ½ cup cold brew concentrate + ½ cup water)

2 tsp coconut sugar simple syrup, to taste

2 Tbsp full-fat coconut milk (canned)


  • Add cinnamon coffee ice cubes to a glass.
  • Pour in cold coffee/cold brew mixture, coconut sugar simple syrup, and coconut milk, stirring to combine.
  • Enjoy!
