Crispy Baked Chicken Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings
1 Tbsp salt
3 Tbsp garam masala

Curry Roasted Cauliflower:
drizzle of coconut oil
6 cups cauliflower, florets
½ -1 cup raisins
½-1 cup slivered/sliced almonds
optional: 12-oz bag frozen pearl onions, thawed & patted dry (I forgot to include!)
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp salt, to taste
1 tsp lemon zest
