1 tsp garlic
grape tomatoes thinly sliced
1/2 cup mozzarella
1-2 Tbsp parmesan
1/4 cup pasta sauce
Preheat oven to 375F.
Slice your zucchini’s in half lengthwise, so you have 4 total boats.
Use a spoon to scoop out the inside of the zucchini boats (keep the boat about 1/4
Combine pasta sauce and garlic with the zucchini flesh.
Transfer zucchini mixture back into the boats, dividing mixture evenly between the four boats.
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top of boats.
Lay tomatoes on top of cheese as desired.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until zucchini are tender and cheese is melted.
Serving: 1 Boat
