Weeknight Salmon

It doesn’t get much easier on a weeknight than this 4 ingredient salmon! A simple honey mustard glaze makes this dish delicious, flavorful and guilt-free! Perfect for busy nights when you want a nutritious and quick meal! Also great for meal prep!


  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • 16 oz Salmon 3-4 filets
  • Salt
  • Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine honey, mustard, olive oil, and salt & pep, seasoning to taste.
  • Brush onto salmon filets.
  • Bake 8-12 minutes (time will depend on thickness of filets– could take longer than 12 minutes!)
  • Devour!
