Watermelon Feta Salad

Light, fresh and delicious! Plus it’s just so pretty 🙂

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp feta cheese low fat crumbled
  • 1-2 Tbsp fresh mint chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp red onion diced
  • 2 cups watermelon cubed
  • Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients except for feta, until watermelon is well coated with juice and other chopped ingredients.
  • Stir in feta last.
  • Devour!
