Taco “Cupcakes”

Savory, not sweet, these goodies are a great appetizer, or indulge in a few extra and make it a meal!

Ingredients

  • avocado diced
  • cheddar low fat
  • greek yogurt
  • ground turkey breast extra lean
  • salsa
  • spinach chopped
  • taco seasoning
  • taco toppings
  • tomatoes diced
  • wonton wrappers
  • Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray muffin tin and press wontons into molds.
  • Spray tops of wontons. Bake 6-10 minutes until browned and crisp.
  • In the meantime, brown ground turkey in skillet with taco seasoning until cooked.
  • Fill wonton cups with your favorite ingredients!
  • Enjoy!
