Sweet Potato Tater Tots

If you LOVE sweet potatoes or tater tots, you have GOT to give these a whirl! Perfect with ANY meal of the day, or as a nutritious snack!


  • pinch of black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp oat flour
  • 1/3 cup onions finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 cup sweet potatoes mashed
  • Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Form about 1.5–2 tsp of potato mixture into
  • Spray tops of tots with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until browned and crisp on top. Feel free to broil for the last minute to brown up if desired.
  • Devour warm! I served mine with greek yogurt as a sour cream substitute, but ketchup would also be a winner!
