Sweet Potato & Pecan Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is sweet and indulgent enough to be a dessert, but healthy enough to enjoy for breakfast! Sweet potato is loaded with beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant that helps keep our eyes and skin healthy. Plus, it’s an amazing source of essential minerals like iron, potassium, and magnesium!


  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 cup pecan milk
  • 2 Tbsp pecans
  • 1 sweet potato cooked & mashed
  • Procedure

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend it on up!
