Strawberry Shortcake in a Jar

I LOVE strawberry shortcake, and what better way to control your portions than by putting it IN A JAR! YUM!


  • 2 biscuits homemade
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar stevia, or sweetener of choice
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut whipped cream
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries chopped
  • Procedure

  • Start by cutting your biscuits into small cubes and set aside for later.
  • In a mixing bowl, add your cut strawberries and coconut sugar or other sweetener of choice. Mix to coat and combine.
  • Fill four mini mason jars, evenly distributing your cut biscuits, strawberry, and whipped cream.
  • Once filled, devour OR refrigerate for 1-2 hours before devouring!
