I LOVE strawberry shortcake, and what better way to control your portions than by putting it IN A JAR! YUM!
2 tsp coconut sugar
1 1/2 cup coconut whipped cream
1 1/2 cups strawberries
Start by cutting your biscuits into small cubes and set aside for later.
In a mixing bowl, add your cut strawberries and coconut sugar or other sweetener of choice. Mix to coat and combine.
Fill four mini mason jars, evenly distributing your cut biscuits, strawberry, and whipped cream.
Once filled, devour OR refrigerate for 1-2 hours before devouring!
Serving: 1 Jar
