Fro-yo is easier to make than you may think! And you can easily make this frozen yogurt vegan if you use coconut or soy yogurt! Get creative with different flavors and mix-ins! If you buy really sweet and ripe fruit, you shouldn’t need any sweetener!
1 cup Banana slices
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 cup Strawberries frozen or fresh
Sweetener added to taste
1 cup Yogurt your choice – Greeek, regular, coconut, soy
Combine all ingredients in the food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (Feel free to leave it chunky if you prefer chunks!)
Transfer mixture to a freezer safe container and freeze for 6 hours. (I recommend removing the container every 45 minutes or so and stirring the mixture to
Allow to thaw on the counter for 10-15 minutes before enjoying.
