Turn a McDonald’s Shamrock Shake dessert into a delicious and nutritious snack smoothie! This vegan recipe sacrifices NO flavor, while using wholesome ingredients to flavor AND color the tasty drink!
1/2 avocado frozen & thawed
1/2 banana frozen & thawed
2/3 cup cashew milk (or other)
5-6 fresh mint leaves
2 tsp maple syrup to taste (or sweetener of choice)
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 cup spinach to taste (you won’t even know it’s there!)
Add all ingredients to your blender, starting with your liquid. Blend until well combined and smooth. Add ice, yogurt, oats or nut butter to thicken, or liquid to thin out your smoothie if desired.
Pour into a glass, and top with vegan coconut whipped cream and chocolate curls!
