These pancakes are super easy to make – all you need are oats, a banana, and water! This meal is budget-friendly, tasty, and vegan!
1 Banana ripe
1 cup Oats (rolled)
2 Tbsp Peanut butter optional topping
2/3 cup Water or non-dary milk
Blend together oats, banana and water.
Add batter to a skillet preheated to medium high heat.
Cook as you would normal pancakes, flipping when bubbles start to form on the side.
Top with peanut butter if you like!
