Quick & Easy Banana Pancakes

These pancakes are super easy to make – all you need are oats, a banana, and water! This meal is budget-friendly, tasty, and vegan!


  • 1 Banana ripe
  • 1 cup Oats (rolled)
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut butter optional topping
  • 2/3 cup Water or non-dary milk
  • Procedure

  • Blend together oats, banana and water.
  • Add batter to a skillet preheated to medium high heat.
  • Cook as you would normal pancakes, flipping when bubbles start to form on the side.
  • Top with peanut butter if you like!
