14 oz coconut cream (one can)
4 cups lemon lime sparkling water
2 cups orange juice
4 cups pineapple cubed
Blend together pineapple pieces, coconut cream, and orange juice until well integrated.
Cover and freeze blended mixture for 4 to 6 hours, until icy.
Stir mixture, then return to freezer for another 2 hours.
Fill ½ of a glass with frozen mixture. Fill rest of glass with sparkling water. Stir gently.
Serve cold and enjoy!
