Piña Colada Slurpees

If you like piña coladas and getting caught in a brain freeze, this is the perfect recipe for you. The ultimate refreshing treat from the ‘90s, made healthy and all-natural!

Ingredients

  • 14 oz coconut cream (one can)
  • 4 cups lemon lime sparkling water
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 4 cups pineapple cubed
  • Procedure

  • Blend together pineapple pieces, coconut cream, and orange juice until well integrated.
  • Cover and freeze blended mixture for 4 to 6 hours, until icy.
  • Stir mixture, then return to freezer for another 2 hours.
  • Fill ½ of a glass with frozen mixture. Fill rest of glass with sparkling water. Stir gently.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
  • Yields about 8 Slurpees.
