Pea Soup

This pea soup is SO delicious and creamy– with only 3 INGREDIENTS!!! I absolutely LOVE the texture of this easy, convenient soup. Perfect for weeknight meals or meal prep! It’s cheap, tasty and a weekly go-to for me through the chilly months!


  • 1 bag of Frozen baby peas
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • Procedure

  • Pour your broth into a large pot and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add in your frozen peas.
  • Allow to cook in the pot until the peas have thawed.
  • Remove your pot from the heat and allow to cool slightly before transferring to your blender or food processor.
  • Blend up the peas and broth, and integrate your olive oil and salt as it blends, seasoning to taste. I like to let this blend until it’s REALLY silky smooth, around 2 minutes.
