PB&J Boba Tea

Classic peanut butter and jelly flavor, blended up into a tasty boba milk tea! Fresh, ripe strawberries make this drink especially delicious, and can cut down on the sugar or sweetener that you need. This is a much cleaner and healthier alternative to traditional boba milk tea, just remember that the tapioca (boba) balls aren’t great fuel and it’s best to enjoy them in moderation!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cooked boba
  • 1.5 cups milk of choice
  • 1.5 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • sweetener (to taste, if desired)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Procedure

  • Boil boba for 3 minutes. Sweeten with 10 drops liquid stevia.
  • Drain boba balls, add to a cup.
  • Blend strawberries, milk, peanut butter, vanilla, and sweetener (if desired) together.
  • Pour milk tea over boba, serve with a boba straw, and enjoy!
