PANCAKE BACONS! What could be more perfect than your bacon INSIDE your pancakes? Oh, and these are HEALTHY! Sure, turkey bacon is healthier than regular bacon, but the real healthy twist here is the PANCAKE RECIPE. It’s SO quick and easy and packed with protein. 


  • 6 slices bacon (I use turkey)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp stevia to taste, or sweetener of choice
  • Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients except bacon in your blender of choice.
  • Blend completely until a batter forms.
  • Cook your bacon until it’s ALMOST finished, and then pour your pancake batter around the bacon slices.
  • Flip them just like you would normal pancakes.
  • Serve with a little maple syrup if you like!
