One-Pot Pizza Pasta

Craving pizza and pasta? You can have both! This delicious pasta recipe actually TASTES like pizza – and you can make it all in ONE POT! A healthy meal that’s so convenient on busy nights, with enough servings to feed the whole family!


  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pound ditalini pasta
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 2/3 cup mini turkey pepperonis
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese


    • In a pot over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil.
  • Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, oregano, basil, garlic powder, parsley, pasta, salt/pep, and water.
  • Bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and sit uncovered until the pasta is cooked through and liquid has reduced (10-12 minutes).
  • Add in mini pepperoni, mozzarella and parmesan, stirring to combine. With heat on low, top with some additional mozzarella and pepperoni, cover and allow the cheese to melt (1-2 mins).
  • Serve and garnish with fresh parsley.
