Get your coffee and your breakfast all in one with this nutritious VEGAN mocha shake! Freezing some brewed coffee into cubes takes this shake over the top. It’s loaded with coffee flavor and caffeine, but not watered down at all! I like to top mine with coconut whipped cream, some cacao nibs, and a cherry, but you can use whichever toppings you prefer.
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut cream
3/4` cup coconut milk or almond milk
1.5 frozen bananas
5-6 frozen coffee ice cubes
Make iced coffee cubes. Pour brewed coffee into ice cube trays and freeze.
Blend all ingredients together.
Serve shake garnished with whipped cream, cacao nibs, cocoa powder, a cherry, cinnamon—or whatever toppings you prefer!
Serving: 1 shake
