Add a little spice and you get not only the benefits of taste, but also boosting your metabolism! Cayenne is great for the metabolism, digestion, and helps to detox!
2 Tbsp almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 can of black beans 15oz, drained & rinsed
1/8 tsp cayenne to taste
chocolate chips mini dark for topping, optional
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 Tbsp greek yogurt
2 Tbsp nut butter
3 Tbsp oat flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup stevia to taste, or sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
Scoop using a cookie scoop onto a baking sheet (lined with parchment and sprayed) and flatten balls into cooke shapes.
Top with optional chocolate chip morsels.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before devouring!
Serving: 1 cookie
